Which day is NOZOMI closed?
All 3 branches are closed every Wednesday. On every other day we open at midday.
Can I bring my dog to NOZOMI?
Yes, at all 3 branches — in the outdoor seating. Pets are not permitted inside the dining room, in line with food-premises hygiene rules.
Is there parking?
Yes, at all three. Boat Lagoon has free parking inside Phuket Boat Lagoon, Rawai has its own free lot, and Intown uses the parking at the Sino building.
Is NOZOMI good for children?
Yes. Rawai has an outdoor kids area and Boat Lagoon has high chairs. If you need a high chair at another branch, let us know on LINE beforehand.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes — Vegan Maki, Popeye Vegan Maki, Vegan Inari Sushi, vegetable gyoza and edamame among others. Look for the vegetarian tag on the menu pages. Please tell staff about any allergy before ordering.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No deposit is required and we take bookings of any size. Message us on LINE or call the branch directly.
Can I book the venue for a private event?
Yes, at all 3 branches — full venue buyouts, a reserved zone, or catering delivered to your boat. Send us the date, the number of guests and the budget you have in mind on LINE.
Do you deliver?
Yes, all 3 branches deliver through the food-delivery apps operating in the area. Prices on the apps may differ from in-restaurant prices.
What languages do staff speak?
Our staff speak Thai and English. The website carries Russian for branch details, the menu and opening hours, but conversation in the restaurant is in English.
Is the menu the same at every branch?
The menu and the prices are identical at all three. What differs is the setting, the opening hours and how you get there.
